Essie - Sweet Talker.

 Isn't this Lush, I got this in a swap with Ashley from "Polished Components" (Thank you Ashley) It's Sweet Talker from Essie, its a pale baby blue and in the bottle it has a pink shimmer how ever that shimmer doesn't show up on my nails....... at first i wasn't sure about it because after adding one layer it was very streaky and i knew it would take more then 2 layers to get it to look right, and yup it took 4 layers to get the opacity i wanted, how ever wow it lasted well, i don't know if its the quality of polish or the fact i had 4 layers on as well as 2 layers of SV

So after a few days, as always i get bored, and i taped my nails off and added Rimmel Matte

Then for "Theme Monday" over at "Polish-aholics Anonymous" i added a flower stamp which was my first time at stamping.

So as you can see i got good use out of my Essie polish lol

 Woooo hoooo i finally got my Polish from the lovely Amber Parker of "Rainbows & Sparkles" She was so kind to offer to go and purchase 8 bottles of Sinful colours for me and bring them over to the UK on her holiday, we thought it would of been cheaper for her to bring them and post from the UK and we were right.....Amber was unable to post them in time before moving on to her next holiday destination but left the in the capable hands of her MIL who posted them out to me.

Lets see if i can name them with out having to get them out of my polish box.

China Glaze Hologram

 China Glaze Hologram, i received this is a polish swap with Ashley from "Polished Components" i was pretty excited when i seen she had added it to the other polishes id asked for, but after putting it on, i was disappointed, boy did it take some leveling out, i had to use 4 layers to get the coverage i actually wanted and was happy with....On a plus it dried super fast, to a powdery type finish, almost matte, which i liked but knew it wouldn't hold up on my nails that way, so i added SV and the more i look at it the more i do like it, i just expected it to be more..hmmmmm Holo i guess.,

OPI Mini take the stage

 Even though the bottle of OPI take the stage from the Burlesque Collection smashed during delivery, i wanted to use it at least once before i had to throw it away, and im glad i did.

This is such a bright colour how can i not like it, i loved the copper/orange with a tiny hint of gold in it almost like a foil look to it, it wenton super easy with only 2 coats needed.

It look a lot like OPI Lighten Up, You’re Two Pence, but it has more depth to it i think......The closest match id say is Nubar Bronzo from the Venetian Glass Collection, infact id say it identical.

and im now hoping to get a larger bottle as this was a Mini.......

Rimmel 60 second Green with envy

wow what can i say about this other then i love it, this is Rimmel 60 second Green with envy, its went on really easy and with only 2 coats it lasted well too.....its got a kind of matalic look to it, and very eye catching in the light......i have to say this is on my top 10 list....which is trying to turn in to a top 20 list lol......

Naked Nails #1

 I went to visit my sister the other week and she commented on how my nails (Painted) looked like acrilic and not my own, i assured her they were all mine (i think she thought they were fake because up until about 9-10 months ago i was a avid biter, practically to the wick)she investigated and agreed they were mine lol.......My nephew over heard us and mentioned how ugly my nails were with out polish....i cant remember his exact words but it was to the effect of "you wanna see the state of then" so yes hands up my nails are SO bad with out polish i doubt il ever be able to get away with naked nails ever again unless i chop then off and well im not likely to be doing that any-time soon. If ANYONE has any good clean up methods and ive used a few.....Acetone, lime/Lemon juice, whitening toothpaste etc PLEASE contact me and let me know.

SpaRitual - Hush & Inner Sanctum

I was looking on ebay and i came across a sale for 2 SpaRitual polishes that no one seemed to be bidding on?  i added a small bid of £1,45 and though no more about it, as i knew i wouldn't win them for that because they are not that cheap to buy.......but Hold on to ya knickers i won, i was shocked, so i got both for £1.45 and £1.50 delivery........
I had every intention to add it to my swap list but after it arrived i looked at it and liked it more then i expected to, so i had a little play with it tonight and i loved it, the application brush is smaller then most polishes, but i liked that because it gave me more control and i found i could apply it much more neater reound my cuticle area, the first layer was streaky but the second layer went on with ease and covered perfectly.
Darker brown is Hush & the lighter brown is Inner Sanctum

I decided to add some dots alternating between the 2 colours.
