OPI Designer Series - Coronation

OK so my new love is OPI DS Coronation i got this from my Polish Swap group, (Thank you Rachel) 

 I spoke to a few people before getting and they seemed to be let down by the DS but i like them..how ever i did get this thinking it was more holo then it is, but im not disappointed at all, it has a scattered holo look to it, but not in ur face which i like but the holo is there, plus those full on holos go to waste here in the UK cuz the weather isn't that great lol

It took 4 good layers to get the full coverage i like from my polish i was thinking i should of maybe used a base colour but each layer dried fast and wasn't patchy which for some reason i expected it to be? don't know why though....maybe cuz my last experience with a DS was that way?

Anyway those who know me, know i never wear a polish more then once if i don't love it....but this is one that will stay in my collection because i will wear it again for sure.

So do you have any of the DS polish? which do you have and do you like it?

China Glaze - Tronica Gamer Glam

I only own one of the Tronica's which is Hologram and i wanted a few more so when my  friend Samina was having a sale over at her blog  and i seen she had some Tronicas i went for a peak........The one i wanted had gone (Techno Teal) so i picked this one and I'm so glad i did, i love it, how ever i don't like the application of these polishes, they go on so patchy, mainly i think because they dry so fast, and i was left with many bald spots and it took 4 good thick layers to make hide them, but once id managed to do that i really did love it.

I was expecting a strong linear holo but Gamer Glam’s holo is there but only slightly visible in direct sunlight, but it has such a pretty shimmer to it, i didn't really mind the lack of holo, and its has made it way to my "Love List"

Id like to add  more to my collection, especially the Techno Teal, Virtual Violet and maybe Cyberspace, so if you have them and would like to do a swap with me, please let me know.

Essence 50's Girl - You're a Heart Breaker & Holo Top coat

Its been a short while since i posted to my blog, mainly because i made a huge mistake or pushing back my cuticles then trimming the skin off and i made a right mess, also after i done it the skin around my fingers started to peel, so mental note to myself, Do not cut trim your Cuticle skin Kellie.

So on to my post, to day I'm wearing Essence 50's Girl You're a Heart Breaker, my friend Ruth sent it to me a while ago and I've never gotten around to using it, but while i was organising my stash i came across it and thought ohhh IL try this one tomorrow, so here it is.

The polish went on like a dream, this is 3 coats, it didn't need 3 but my nails have been a little week lately so i added a extra layer for good measure, the colour in the photo is true to life, and i really so like it, IL deffo be wearing it again.

Because the sun has finally woken from its winter rest, i thought id give the Holo top coat i got and WOW Badda Bing Badda Boom, im in love with how it looks.

OPI - Bronzed To Perfection

After trying 4 times to get this polish (all the others broke during postage) my friend Wendy kindly replaced it for me, it came last week and i cleaned off my polish to try it straight away, at first i though hmmmm its not as copper as i had originally remembered so i went looking for a photo i took of a broken bottle i had and i was right, the ones i had got before where almost deep copper/reddish but the one i got of Wendy was a orange/Brown (the one below) so it got me wondering if there was 2 OPI Bronzed to perfection and i went on a search, but nope there was only 1 from the he OPI South Beach Collection released on 2009, i looked up swatches and to me there seems to be 2 different ones?  Copperish red and a Caramelish brown.....if anyone knows why can you tell me lol.
