Jesses's Girl Hot Cinnamon

Hot Cinnamon is from the Jesse's Girl Julie G Gumdrops collections, the polish is a textured polish with a sparkle to it, now if you haven't tried Textured polish, let me tell you it apply very different from regular polish, to me it goes on SO easier, but that's just my option...but this went on like a dream, i had no mess and no clean up and it drys SUPER fast,the formula is just  perfect, its not runny bu not a thick polish, its just so easy to work with.....it left no patches like some Textured polish.

I'm not normally a red polish person, it has to be pretty special for me to wear it, and this is one of those special reds....its not a in your face red, which was why i liked it,Its described as a "Hot Red" with a glitter finish.

From what i have seen this is a True Dupe for Zoya Destiny....id say this is a substitute.

I think the best thing about this polish is how long it lasts, i wore this for just under 2 weeks....i was being lazy and had no inspiration to change my polish so this was a good choice, because its textured i found when it did chip it filled in so flawless, you couldn't tell because the texture of it made it look like there was never a chip there.....also any tip wear was easy to conceal to and my nails looked freshly polished every day.....out of all Textured polish i have to say the gumdrops collection is perfect.

I sat and waited and hoped that when Jesse's Girl's Gumdrops was released that id be able to get them Now its no secret to my friends that i LOVE Jesses's Girl, I'm always mentioning it to my mum and she is like "where can i get it? do they sell it I'm Super Drug?" oh BOY i wish they did, but sadly no mother they don't sell in the UK yet....and i say yet cuz i have faith one day they might.....

I have an Angel of a friend in Rachel from CherryGlamGirl.....she is my American address and was sweet enough to let me have them sent to her and then she sent them onto me with a few other items i got.

 The very kind Christine helped me out a while ago and was kind enough to help me get my hand on some of their polish, and i was so thankful to her for doing that.....anyway on to the polish, i know a lot have already blogged about these, but I'm slow and just around to doing my review lol anywhoooooo.....

In the collection you can choose from:

Christine herself told me to not put a topcoat on and i do believe there is something on their site about getting the best effect by not applying a base or a  top coat, so i did try that, and well OK i know the whole reason to wearing textured polish is to feel the texture, but i cant stand the feel or gritty polish lol, so I'm sorry i HAD to apply a top coat to make it smooth and i have to say other then not feeling the texture there was no difference in how it looked.....But my verdict its a sure fire HIT, love them and cant wait to wear the others i got, but Rock Candy is my fave cuz I'm a teal gal.

Splatter Mani.

After painting my nails with NYC Pinstripe White, i got board after a couple days and decided to funk it up, I've been wanting to try a splatter look Mani for a while but with out the mess, so i used a Stamping Plate, the plate isn't a named one so i cant even tell you what number it is, but i do believe Konad has a paint splat template I'm not sure though so don't hold me to that....but i was super pleased with how this turned out, i wore it for over 10 days and will try it again with different colours.......................Oh i did add some sparkle over the top but its not showing up, my camera doesn't seem to like sparkly things lol

Jesses Girl - JulieG Collection - Siletto

I didn't think id ever be saying this, but I've found a polish colour from Jesses Girl that i like more then their Glee shade, I'm so in love with this colour, its Stiletto from a special limited collection called the JulieG Collection.

It actually went on and dried a little darker then it is in the bottle, i don't know how to explain the shade, maybe a mushroom colour? i don't know, what do you think? oh no maybe taupe yeahhhh that's more like it.

I applied 2 good think layers of the polish, it goes on so well such a please to work with, the brush is awesome the photos below actually had no clean up, that's how well it is to work with the brush and the lid.

I have 3 other polished I'm dying to try on, but I'm so in love with this colour i think IL wear it a few more days till i have to remove it lol

Jesses Girl - Riff Raff

When i received my package from Jesses Girl Cosmetic, this was the one polish i was looking forward to trying first, its a lush chocolate brown with a slight shimmer to it which id say was gold

I used Seche base coat and i applied 2 layers of the polish, i guess you could do one, but out of habit i done 2 then a good  layer of Seche top coat, the polish lasted over 7 days with out chipping

There polish is very good quality for little cost, $2.99 from Rite Aid (for those who live in the US)  its a good formula, the brush is shaped just right to help you get that perfect application and the shape of the lids are so comfortable, you get a good grip and they are great to work with.

Of course no polish can over take my favourite Glee polish but this is a close contender, for joint first....and i do believe that Riff Raff is also Christine's Favourite color too.

Jesses Girl Nail Mail

I joined the Jesse's Girl Face Book Page a while back after, i got Glee which i blogged about HERE, it in a swap with Ashley from Polished Components, and i fell in love with their polish, and wanted, no needed to own more of there fantastic colours.

I done a lot of moaning on the site that i couldnt buy it here in the UK, and i made friends with a lady called Christine who ran the Face book page, i later found out that Christine was actually the Daughter of Jesse the creator or Jesse's Girl Cosmetics

So after receiving a card in the post to say i had to go collect a package, and knowing i was only really waiting on my deliver from Christine, i went to collected it and i got so excited i swear a little wee came out lol, i couldn't wait to get home to see all my new polish.

So i got, 12 colours in total.....all wrapped perfectly, i love how they where individually wrapped to protect the bottle then in a little bag, i think its the neatest polish delivery I've ever had, i cant fault them for there packaging....so below is what i got.....
